OUR PROCESS
AN APPROACH TO MEET YOUR NEEDS
Agile or Waterfall? Which approach is best for you?
WATERFALL DEVELOPMENT
A linear approach to development.
Maximize budgets. Minimize Risk. Waterfall development is considered a linear approach that relies on several phases that do not overlap. This approach is a better option when requirements are not expected change during a development phase. Budgets under the Waterfall approach ares more “controlled” and would be considered “fixed” hence not expecting the requirements to change.
AGILE DEVELOPMENT
Define requirements along the way.
The Agile Development method uses time-specific “sprints”. Agile is a solid approach when dealing with large-scale projects with loosely defined requirements. Under this method it is understood that requirements will change through the lifecycle of the project. Frequent meetings are held to discuss and refine requirements in order to complete each sprint and move the project forward.
